Enjoy excellent service at kcuts salon. We are ready to provide you Korean themed hair cutting services. Believe in our kcuts team and trust our well trained stylists. Our stylists are well trained under Korean stylists. So do not worry and enjoy your haircut in kcuts. Our haircut prices ranges from $10–$15.

02 · STEP BY STEP
Queue System
Purchase Your Ticket
Kindly purchase your ticket via the kcutsGO app and wait for your turn according to your queue number. Physical tickets are available at selected outlets.
Missed Your Queue?
Tap RE-QUEUE on the kcutsGO app to rejoin. Re-queue is allowed up to 2 times; after that the ticket will be forfeited.
Be Present When Called
Be present at the outlet before clicking RE-QUEUE, and wait patiently as numbers may be called out of sequence.
Track Your Number
Queue numbers may not be called in order. Track your number with the kcutsGO app to plan your visit conveniently.
Please note that our stylists reserve all rights and final decision in determining the queue number and how a customer who has missed his turn is allowed to rejoin the queue.
kcuts reserves the rights to change the queue system policy and terms and conditions without prior notice. kcuts reserves the rights not to serve any abusive customers or customers who are unable to comply with our company policies and terms and conditions.
03 · SETTING EXPECTATIONS
10 Minutes Quick Cut Policy
As a 10 minutes quick cut salon, we focus on delivering our promise of achieving a quick turnaround time of 10 minutes for each of our customers. Thus, we sincerely apologise we are unable to fulfill certain haircut requests or styles which may take longer than the stipulated time frame, and we reserve our rights to decline any haircut requests which will take a longer cutting time to achieve.

04 · A NOTE ON TIMING
Opening & Operating Hours
Please kindly note that our stylists reserve the right not to accept customers 60 minutes before their lunch hour or the shop’s stated closing time, as they may be attending to housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets.
Our operating hours may also be shortened or adjusted at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical, compassionate, or urgent family leave, which may result in temporary staff shortages.
Due to tight manpower and labour constraints, some outlets may have only one stylist on duty on certain days of the week.
During such situations, the shop may be temporarily closed during meal, toilet, or rest breaks. The timing for any temporary closure will be displayed on the notice board at the outlet entrance.
For convenience, you may check the kcutsGO App to view live queue updates, outlet operating status, and the number of stylists working before heading down.
