We Seek Your Kind Understanding
Expect longer wait times on weekends, eves of public holidays, public holidays, periods before school reopening, and festive seasons. Although kcuts offers a 10-minute quick haircut, please expect very long queues during peak periods — some outlets may have only 1–2 stylists working on certain days.
For convenience, check the kcutsGO App to view the current queue and number of people waiting before heading down.
We recommend parents with young children to avoid peak and busy periods, as extra time may be needed to calm them during the haircut. At selected outlets, our Child-Friendly Certified Stylists are specially trained to handle children’s haircuts with care and patience.

Our stylists are humans too, and need time for meals, toilet breaks, and to knock off on time for their families. They reserve the right not to accept customers 60 minutes before their lunch hour or the shop’s stated closing time.
Operating hours may be shortened at short notice, and some outlets may have only one stylist on duty on certain days.
